Paige H. Hightower serves as the Director of External Affairs for The Picard Group. Hightower is involved with the operations and management of TPG federal clients, ensuring their legislative priorities are heard and conveyed through the United States Congress. She previously led the association management efforts for various organizations including the Alliance of Public-Private Partnership Hospitals. Hightower plans and executes all TPG-related events and fundraisers, both legislative and client – associated, including the firm’s extensive efforts at the annual Mystick Krewe of Louisianans Washington Mardi Gras event in Washington, D.C.

Hightower brings a wealth of knowledge on public policy, campaign issues and fundraising on the state and federal levels of government. Prior to joining The Picard Group, Hightower worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. as a staff member for former Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., M.D., a senior member of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, and Congressman Mark E. Amodei, a member of the House Appropriations Committee. She also served as an intern in Washington, D.C. for then - Congressman Bill Cassidy, M.D. during his first term in Congress.

Hightower also dedicates countless hours in service to the community. While in Washington, she served for two years on the Taste of the South Charity Louisiana Committee in Washington, D.C. as vice chairman and executive member. She was also a member of The Junior League of Washington. Currently, she is active in the Junior League of Lafayette, having served in several roles. She served as Fund Development Chair for the 2019-2020 League Year and was responsible for chairing the committee who raised over $135,000 for the League’s community programs. Most recently, she has been selected to serve as the 2021/2022 League Fund Development Vice President. Hightower was a member and graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXI. She has also served on the 2016 Lafayette Education Foundation’s “ReProm Court,” and is a member of United Way of Acadiana’s Women United, as well as the Krewe of Bonaparte.

A native of Lafayette, Hightower is a graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School and Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Business Administration from LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication. She resides in Lafayette with her husband, Trey, and three young boys.
